Golden Vehicle and Tourism is a premier tourism and car rental company based in the United Arab Emirates. We specialize in providing exceptional experiences including Burj Khalifa tours, Desert Safari, Skiing, Jet Ski, Sky Diving, and other premium tourism services.

By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Golden Vehicle and Tourism.

Users of our services agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during booking
• Comply with all safety instructions provided by our staff
• Treat all equipment and vehicles with care and respect
• Adhere to all UAE laws and regulations during activities
• Be responsible for any damages caused by negligence or misuse
• Maintain appropriate behavior during all activities

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Golden Vehicle and Tourism.

• Full payment is required at the time of booking for all services
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers
• Prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable
• Any additional services requested during activities will be charged separately
• Bookings are not transferable without written consent from the company

Cancellation policies vary by activity and are subject to the following general guidelines:

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the activity: Full refund
• Cancellations made 24-48 hours before the activity: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the activity: No refund
• No-shows will be charged the full amount with no refund
• Some activities may have special cancellation policies which will be communicated at the time of booking
• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days

Participants acknowledge that certain activities involve inherent risks including but not limited to:

• Personal injury or property damage
• Risks associated with adventure activities
• Unforeseen circumstances including weather conditions

Golden Vehicle and Tourism shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from participation in activities, except where such liability cannot be excluded under UAE law.

All participants are required to sign a liability waiver before engaging in activities.

All content on our website and marketing materials, including but not limited to:

• Logos, trademarks, and brand elements
• Photographs and videos
• Text content and descriptions
• Website design and layout

Are the intellectual property of Golden Vehicle and Tourism and are protected by UAE and international copyright laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

Golden Vehicle and Tourism is committed to protecting your privacy. We collect and process personal information in accordance with UAE data protection laws.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
